After a long day exploring, I found this hotel to be a refreshing stop. The staff was fantastic. they genuinely made my stay pleasant. My room was impeccably clean with all the right amenities. Loved the ample pillows and the refreshing bathroom products. Great for families, offering both comfort and convenience.

The staff were super friendly, making us feel right at home! Loved the spacious room with a fridge and microwave for late snacks. However, the bathroom fan was pretty weak. Overall, a good stay! 😊

We had a lovely time exploring the nearby trails at Brule Lake Sand Dunes. The scenery was breathtaking, with tall spruce forests everywhere. My husband and I especially enjoyed our adventurous hikes there, taking in the majestic views.

In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness could have been improved. Having a consistent cleaning protocol would help tremendously for families with children.

I had a family trip at the Holiday Inn. The room with two queen beds was clean and stocked with all the essentials. Staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. I appreciated the bathroom accessories, especially the soaps and lotions. The pillows were plentiful. One downside was the fan in the washroom that didn’t work. I also wished there had been a complimentary breakfast option instead of just ordering food. The swimming pool was a letdown as it wasn't heated, rendering it unusable. Furthermore, no elevator forced us to haul our luggage up the stairs. One room smelled of smoke, and we were told none were available. A few minutes later, they found another room for us. The toilet needed maintenance due to being blocked. Overall, the positives made our stay enjoyable despite the inconveniences.

The swimming pool lacks heating, so it's unusable!!! A blocked toilet requiring maintenance isn't ideal, and the room had a lingering smoke smell—unexpected for a supposed non-smoking room!!!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location made our family stay enjoyable, especially with the complimentary breakfast offering a fantastic variety to start our day and the indoor swimming pool providing a fun atmosphere for the kids to play.

We had an awesome time at this hotel with friends! We hit up the nearby Brule Lake Sand Dunes for some ATV rides and checked out the stunning Hinton Golf Club view. The indoor pool and waterslide were a blast. Staff were super friendly and quick at check-in, making everything easy. Plus, breakfast options were solid with made-to-order choices!

One night, the waterslide was down, which was a bummer. It did get fixed the same night, but it put a damper on our plans for a while.
